Printing Methods
KG Collections custom merchandise offers three types of printing methods which is tailored depending on your design needs to maintain and provide excellent quality output. We make sure to study and tried different printing methods until we were able to finalize what printing methods that will suit our customer’s needs.
Rubberized Vinyl
We use rubberized vinyl for single colored designs or dual colored designs. This is to reduce cost of output and provide a very affordable price to our customers without sacrificing a durable and high quality printouts. This is perfect for designs that requires 2 or 3 basic color combinations.
High Quality Textile
Another printing method that we use is high quality textile, we use this method for complicated designs that require 3 or more colors that are outside the primary colors. We also use this method for designs that have images.
We prefer using this method for designs that requires gradients and images, because this method will provide the necessary requirements for high quality printouts that rubberized vinyl cannot provide..
Sublimation
Sublimation is the process that we use for our custom merchandise specifically for the mugs, as it provides more vibrant colors and long lasting prints.
