What is Merch Replacement?

KG Collections is a brand that offers its customers to buy clothes on-demand and printing services.

In order to provide the best quality of service, KG Collections made a policy where any customer can replace their defective merch within three days of the purchase.

The company is also working on making the whole process more convenient for our customers. Hence, we initiated this program where customers can request to replace their defective merch.

How does it work?

Simply complete the Merch Replacement Request form by providing all necessary requirements for a swift verification process. Once approved, we will replace the defective merch and deliver the replacement directly to your doorstep.

What are the requirements?

Merch Replacement Requirements are the following:

1. Date of Purchase or Date of Raffle Claim (Applicable for Raffle Winners only)
2. Image / Screenshot focusing on the defect
3. Order ID (From Website purchases / Lazada / Shopee Platforms
4. Screenshots of the email notifications in response to your raffle claims (Applicable for Raffle Winners only)

How long does it take for replacement process?

Verification may vary depending on your requirements that you submitted. However, rest assured that the verification process and delivery of replacement will not exceed 14 working days.

How would I know if I’m eligible to request for replacement?

Our replacement program only covers if your merch has the following:

1. Easily Removed Prints
2. Discoloration Prints
3. Ripped Fabrics
4. Production Defect Related Concerns
